What is the cost and how does payment work?
My hourly rate is $260/hour. Since services are personalized and tailored to your needs, we will discuss payment in advance to develop a plan. I require a credit card on file and payment at the time of service.

Do you take insurance?
No, I do not work with insurance companies and do not bill insurance directly. I am happy to provide you with a superbill toward reimbursement; many of my clients have had success in getting reimbursed for services.

Can you support people with Misophonia outside of CA, MA, VT?
Sometimes! I offer coaching for people navigating misophonia, including clients who live outside the states where I’m licensed to provide therapy. Coaching can focus on education, practical strategies, and support for managing misophonia in everyday life.
Because misophonia is still a relatively new and developing area of research, I like to start with a conversation to understand what you’re experiencing and what you’re looking for. Together, we can determine whether coaching or therapy is the better fit.
Therapy is available only to clients in states where I’m licensed to practice.
