About Alyse Clayman

I have worked with teenage girls and young adults for over 30 years as a consultant, licensed therapist, certified professional coach, and soccer and lacrosse coach. My experience spans a variety of settings including community agencies, outpatient clinics, residential programs, schools, and private practice.

As an experienced therapist acting as a consultant, I am uniquely situated to recognize when a teen or family would be better served by or in collaboration with a therapist or other professional/approach.My consultative approach is fun and collaborative and my style is relaxed and down-to-earth. Both as a professional and mother of two daughters, I have enormous compassion for the challenges of being a teenage girl, parenting a teenage girl, and the unique dynamics of the parent-teen relationship.
